These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Big Chess mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services") provided by BIG CHESS BG LTD OOD ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Accounts and Access

Some features of the App require registration via Firebase Authentication (Google, Apple, or email). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by using the "Delete account" feature within the App. This action is immediate and irreversible.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Big Chess offers optional paid subscriptions (monthly, semiannual, annual) for enhanced features. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. We do not store or process payment details ourselves.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.

4. Use of the App

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:

• Violating any law or regulation
• Transmitting spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Disrupting or degrading the App’s functionality

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (excluding User Content) is the intellectual property of BIG CHESS BG LTD OOD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

5.1 User Content

If you upload or share content in the App, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the App. You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Modifications

We may modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for any impact this may have on your usage or experience.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination, your access will cease immediately, and any user content may be deleted.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or reliability. Your use is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or device issues.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BIG CHESS BG LTD OOD and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
